Personality- He's the more cold, mysterious quiet type who doesn't take trash from anyone, whether a street slinger or royalty, whether armed or unarmed. He's a gutsy fellow who is very charming in his own way, his words are honest and sharp at times, he's too frank in other-words; rebellious but goes by the book ironically. The 'book' is his only security nowadays. To the only one who had been patient enough to get to know him, he's very loving affectionate very childish playful curious and helpful-as well as foolish in a goofy teen sort of way. In general he's a man of his word, and very polite- a typical ranger as well as gentleman. Honest, brave, loyal, and true.
History- He was a lad working on the docks of Destiny Island, and at the young age of 10 his mind was whizzing with dreams of adventure pirates buried treasure, and as much as he'd deny it to his parents, find his princess. Hard times came to the family who owned the local inn, but one fateful day a door of opportunity opened when a new rich family came in. The Firedrakes were kind and helped rebuild the place, and yes they did have a daughter who was about two years younger than he was, and yes he had to babysit. In the end as time drew on he'd figured that their parents took it as a joke and tried to pair them off. Girls weren't on his mind at the time and Cres wasn't his type at all, she was, well, one of the guys per se. In either case her dark aura made him shifty and for some reason he always had a strange fear- to top that off he found her intimidating.
On the coming of his 15th birthday he found himself getting quite jealous, when Cres became the center of attention, how? He'd not a clue, but some fancy people kept coming to the school to visit her everyday. He kept his distance then, rich kids were all the same he figured, stuck up with no motivation or respect. A week past and he still was complaining about her. Fate took a funny turn when he was failing class and needed a tutor, guess who the teacher assigned? Yes, Cres. Now he was surprised to find that as rich as her relatives where she lived in a normal house with a yard-nothing too fancy; quite cozy from the outside, and even more homelike on the inside. It reminded him of his own home. After exams they did start talking, but he still kept his distance, and the grudge within grew irritating him. Finally he decided to confront Cres and speak to her-heart to heart- as his best friend had advised, and find out why he felt that way.
One the chosen afternoon he'd found out Cres had vanished. Her mother told him she was staying at some relatives' place for a while. As suspicious as it was he didn't question the maiden. Days passed and he finally realized that it had been a while since Mr. Firedrake had come, and with him gone things around town just seemed to go wrong. Curiosity now set in and he started investigating a lot of odd happenings which centered around the Firedrake Clan. One day a note had been given to him. Mrs. Firedrake had given him a set of instructions and a fair warning which he took as a threat.
Years passed and he'd kept his word and had taken care of the Firedrake's residence, as instructed money for repairs and maintenance and pay came through mail. He'd figured that they were away on business or something so didn't ask many questions. Months grew into years, and by now he'd come across a girl, who resembled Cres with one small difference, her aura wasn't dark. They became very close-too close-close enough that they'd planned their life together. He was so happy, until one day Cres actually did come back, to her dismay she found her home empty-by fate Zavier had come for his daily routine to look after the place and he'd met her there. Shock petrified him for the image he saw before him was no longer that cute little girl with the baby face, but an elegant figure with piercing eyes and an aura to match. Something had gone terribly wrong, this was written all over her face. Cres didn't say anything and stayed silence-here came that same feeling again, that painful grudge on himself. Was he supposed to do something? Or say anything?
He'd followed Cres into her house taking note of her very odd behavior, she didn't even greet him nor look at him!! What was going on? This silence was killing him. Eyes stalked the cloaked figure in black who was going through different parts of the house collecting bits here and there and stuffing them into a bag of sorts-her aura was stronger and dark it scared him. He blocked the door determined to get answers-like all detectives he wanted to solve the big mystery and be the hero. He asked her questions and she'd given him silence.
"You have to get out of here" she told him, but he wouldn't budge even after she side stepped him so quick he got startled. His arm stretched out in reflex and grabbed her wrist, fixing his blue eyes on hers sending a shock up his arm confusing his mind. He'd never felt like this before.
"Would you..risk it all for answers? 'cause I sure wouldn't," was the only thing she stated. In the beginning he didn't understand, but then he found himself giving in and stepping aside under her glare; ironically he didn't let her arm go. "Please..I..I can't go on like this.." he found himself saying. They were outside now and he looked like a lost little boy who didn't know what to do.
Her eyes softened then hardened at seeing her lookalike linking arms with him. Zavier felt cold, and not really reassured with the other girl there which surprised him. Cres turned her back on him, and it was then the threat echoed once more, "..Turn back and you can never return.."
Zavier didn't understand, the threat wasn't for him was it...He turned to Cres's lookalike who went by the name of Ressc (prounounced ress). It was apparent they knew each other, and as things played out Cres lost her home in an explosion, he'd almost lost his life if Cres didn't whisk him off into some dark portal ending up in Neverland-by the mermaid lagoon specifically.
"I didn't want things to end this way" Cres stated angrily.
"End this way!?!? We didn't even begin!!" He hissed wide eyed at his statement. What was that all about he wondered.
Cres just stared at him blankly but it seemed she was a little pleased, adding to his confusion.
"You want truth? " she stated venomously.
"Yes" he replied in frustration.
"Even if it puts your life in danger?" she quizzed.
He paused and looked hesitant, but took her words as a bluff and dared her to answer.
The heart to heart talk didn't go according to his plan-apparently she was some descendant of their enemy-no wonder he couldn't trust her!!! It all made sense now, but then the twisted part, he forced himself to confess before she left. Sure he had paused for over 10 minutes, sure she felt insecure, he was surprised she even waited for him to speak after how harshly he'd treated her during their quarrel when she was being honest. It was then he'd realized everything he'd said, he was guilty that...they'd never had a chance to work out. He'd confessed he'd had feelings for her, and the fact that Ressc reminded him of Cres so much he ended up going out with her. This hurt Cres and him deeply, his only regret was not being honest from the start. To make matters worse Ressc was there, yes she'd sneaked into the portal Cres had created to escape, and yes she heard the whole confession. Her hate was doubled by Cres's hurt and angry emotions making her all the more stronger.
This Zavier just toyed with her heart - o wait, she doesn't have one. She snickered mentally and waited to make her move once Cres had turned her back.
Cres's eyes were teary, and so was Zavier's. They both hugged and apologized, but in the end Cres pulled away coldly feeling AntiCres's presence. "You have to get out of here " They were still holding each other's hands when AntiCres struck stealing Zavier's heart. Cres's eyes grew dark and yes AntiCres nearly died of confusion and nearly lost Zavier's heart in the process, but got the upper hand because of Cres's own hate and anger. In the end, that's how Zavier became a Nobody. A big explosion took place and he woke up on the otherside of Destiny Islands, Ressc or Cress was gone and so was Cres...
He now wanders the world seeking out AntiCres to get his heart back and redeem himself to those who suffered under his wrath created by his own guilt.
Weapon- His signature weapon, is his custom butterfly blade, the twin of Cres's, with a sole difference it doubles up as a rolling barreled gun similar to a Desert eagle which shoots ice shard lookalike bullets
Appearance- He's a decent 6'3 with a pastel peach complexion. His hair is light brown and is cut in the 'typical skater' boy-ish hair cut with it layering from short bangs-to long fringes to a tiny tail at the back of his head. His eyes are kind in shape, a warm blue hue is the color that adorns his pupils. Blue is also the color of ice so it has an edgy cold piercing effect to it. Though not in VOD, he wears a black cloak similar to the one's worn by VOD with the sole difference, it has a more gothic/punk/elvish signature to it. His build is not buff nor lanky, but in-between.
